This page explains how to request deletion of personal data Coates Media LLC holds about you. It summarizes the deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion

You do not need to provide a reason. We will respond within 30 days.
What gets deleted
On a verified request, we delete the personal data we hold about you — including contact details and any message or brief you submitted through this website — from our systems. We may retain certain records where required for legal or accounting purposes (for example, tax and contract records). See “How long we keep data” in the Privacy Policy for details.
Coates Media Connect (Meta Facebook/Instagram lead ads)
If you submitted a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) Lead Ad form on a Page that Coates Media manages on behalf of a client (currently Fred Astaire Dance Studios locations), that data is processed by Coates Media Connect (Meta App ID: 963876983267406) and has its own deletion process.
How to request deletion

Data Deletion Request — Coates Media Connect - The email address you used when submitting the lead form
- Your full name as submitted on the form
- The approximate date and the client/studio location, if you remember them (optional, but speeds things up)
You do not need to provide a reason. Within 30 days of a verified request we delete your Lead record — name, email, phone, all form responses, and any notes or attribution data — from the relevant client’s CRM, notify that client location so they stop outreach, and confirm completion by replying to your email.
Verifying your request
To prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may verify your identity by sending a one-time confirmation email to the address on the lead record. You’ll need to click a confirmation link in that email before deletion proceeds. If we cannot verify the request, we will respond explaining why and request additional information.
If you don’t remember submitting a form
If you receive correspondence from one of our client locations but do not recall submitting any form, you may still request deletion using the steps above — we will search by email and remove any matching records. If your information reached the location through a different channel (in person, a phone call, a referral), we may not have a record to delete via this process; in that case, contact the location directly.

Automated deletion (Meta callback)
If you request deletion through Meta’s account deletion flow, our system supports the Meta Data Deletion Callback at https://ops.coatesmedia.co/webhook/fads.meta.deletion. We validate the signed request from Meta, locate the Lead record by Meta user ID, delete it within 30 days, and return a confirmation URL Meta can use to verify deletion status.

Other clients and CRMs
For data a Coates Media client holds in their own CRM through a channel other than Coates Media Connect, deletion is handled under that client’s retention policy; contact us and we’ll route the request.
Advertising data (Meta and Google ad integrations)
Coates Media’s advertising integrations read aggregate performance data about a client’s own ad campaigns (spend, impressions, clicks, and similar metrics). This is business data about the advertising account, not personal data about you as an individual, and it is deleted as part of offboarding the relevant client. If you believe personal data about you is held through one of these integrations, email ancoates@coatesmedia.co with subject line Privacy Request and we will locate and remove it. These integrations are covered as Addenda of our Privacy Policy (Coates Media Connect = Addendum A; Google Ads = Addendum C).
